Panel Systems

Our insulated panels are manufactured as single components and cut at custom length for each project; thus, optimizing installation speed of and waste minimization. The range of options available offer great design flexibility for highly customizable solutions. Our panels are validated to high quality standards, thermal & acoustic performance, fire safety, air-tightness, water and chemical resistance and low environmental impact.

PIR vs PUR CORE MATERIAL

PIR, Polyisocyanurate (our panels):
complex polymeric structure foam

No organic compounds,

Close cell foam, no humidity degradation
High Chemical stability
Good resistance to fire (B s1, d0)
Certified material, FM Approvals

PUR Polyurethane:
Regular Polyurethane foam, composed of organic units joined by carbamate (urethane) links

PIR core and aluminum multilayer panels with hidden anchoring, specially designed for facades, roofs and construction.
